Using this website means you accept these terms, which are between you and Brevard County Land Clearing, a service operated by Hively Automation LLC.
What this service is
Brevard County Land Clearing is a matching service. We pass your request to an independent local contractor who works in your area. We don't employ the contractors, and we don't do, supervise or warrant the land-clearing work. We have no affiliation with Brevard County or any city government, and nothing on this site is an official notice or a permit service.
Your agreement is with the contractor
Everything about the work, including scope, price, schedule, permits, cleanup and any warranty, is agreed between you and the contractor. We are not a party to that agreement. Before work begins, get a written estimate from the contractor, ask for any license or insurance details that matter to you, and verify them yourself.
Cost of the service
Sending a request is free. You pay the contractor for whatever work you agree to. Contractors may pay us for the requests we send them.
